You know how when you were a little kid and you believed in fairy tales, that fantasy of what your life would be? White dress, high heels and a prince charming who would carry you away to a castle and live happily ever after. You would lie in bed at night and close your eyes with complete and utter faith. Santa Claus, Fairy godmother, Prince Charming, they were so close you could taste them. But eventually you grow up, and one day you open your eyes and the fairy tale disappears.

But the thing is, it’s hard to let go of that fairy tale entirely, because almost everyone has that little bit of faith that one day they would open their eyes and all that they had dreamed of would come true. At the end of the day, faith is a funny thing. It turns up when you least expect it. It’s like one day you realize that the fairy tale is slightly different than you dreamed. The castle, well, it may not be a castle. The prince, may not necessarily be prince charming. And it’s not so important that it’s happily ever after, just that it’s happy right now, yes?

Daddy just blew a thousand five on our family dinner which wasnt exactly the smartest thing to do. I could have gotten myself a Chanel 2.55 classic.

Or maybe a Balenciaga City bag in violet.

A pair of Christian Louboutins would be nice too.

Guess what are my parents giving me for xmas? No prizes for guessing the right one though. I CANT WAIT CANT WAIT FOR XMAS! I know i'm a little too excited. I cant help it. lol

The weather has been insanely depressing. Coming back to an empty house has never been harder. I almost fell down while walking home in my trustworthy dorothy perkins flip flops today and was about to start cursing already but something stopped me. Now here's the question. Do you curse cause you almost fell? Or do you thank God cause you didnt fall? More than often, we let our pessimistic side of us take control and this is why we ended up being unhappy for even the most silly reasons on earth. I realised that having the right thought is important as it will keep you happy and healthy. Remember, 'I think, therefore i am.'

I got my first xmas gift already! ((: Who is soooo damn smart to even think of such a present, seriously? My hands are too small and i think the pen weighs a tonne i have difficulty manoeuvering it :( lol i made it sound like i'm driving a car. Nonetheless, ILOVEITTOBITZZZ.

Lunch at crystal jade with lots and lots of xiao long baoxzzz = love. Yes, as you can see i am of rather low maintenance. All i need is xiao long baos for my 3 meals and i'll be as happy as a bunny. :))

Congratulations to russell ong kai yi on clinching the gold medal and breaking national records at the SEA games! hahah i've been wanting to blog about this since forever but procrastination left it till now. You know we're all so proud of you yeah? :)

HAPPY 19th BIRTHDAY ISA! :))

It only came to my realisation that i'll be 20 in less than 4 months time. Isa, you make me feel so old though we are both born on the same year! Anyway i hope you enjoyed your early birthday dinner celebration yesterday! Iloveyou!
Tomorrow is THE DAY! The term test is going to kick start with PIA, the most horrendous subject on earth. My cute friend is having very high expectations on me since he sacrificed his precious sleep just to teach this very silly student of his. PIA is making me very sad because i only understand 1/10 of my notes and my paper is on monday. I have a cute friend who was so so nice he offered to help me with it. I felt very bad because i think he almost puked blood when he realised i didnt even know my fundamentals but still he was very nice and tried very hard not to make me feel stupid by blaming my silly lecturer who cant teach. His eyes are so small everytime he smiles it makes me wanna laugh cos i dont know if he can actually see me. haha i think i am blogging like a 9 year old i cant help it PIA just screwed up my mind. TOMORROW! :))
